Member for Myall Lakes, Tanya Thompson is encouraging parents and students in Years 9-12 to attend the Alesco Secondary College Tuncurry Information Evening on Monday, June 24th at 5:00PM. The event will take place at the college, located at 31 Manning Street, Tuncurry.

Mrs Thompson said Alesco Secondary College focuses on combining wellbeing and learning to help students succeed.

“The school eliminates barriers to education, enabling students to fully engage and reach their potential in a supportive environment.”

Alesco’s learning environment, features small class sizes, a wellbeing officer, student learning support officers, a careers advisor, and a team of experienced teachers capable of accommodating diverse learning needs.

During the information evening, parents and students will have the opportunity to:

  • Discover wellbeing initiatives and career guidance services
  • Understand the application process
