I’m really proud to have been appointed to the NSW Liberal and Nationals Shadow Cabinet as Shadow Minister for Emergency Services and Shadow Minister for Disaster Recovery.
Here in the Myall Lakes, we know all too well how devastating fires, floods and severe weather can be. We’ve lived it. We also see, time and time again, the incredible strength, courage and generosity of our volunteers, frontline workers and neighbours who step up when it matters most.
This role means a great deal to me. I’ll be a strong voice for our emergency services, for the volunteers who give so much of themselves, and for communities who deserve better support before, during and after disasters .
With just over a year until the next state election, our focus is on real outcomes. Holding the government to account and fighting for regional NSW, including communities right across the Myall Lakes, will always be my priority .
